Business Plan Competition

To inspire and identify the entrepreneurial potential of young minds within schools, sensitization programs for business plan development were organized in hybrid mode. These programs provided students with a platform to showcase their creativity, problem-solving abilities, and innovative ideas while fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. Two online orientation sessions were conducted to prepare teachers to guide the students effectively. These sessions served as an invaluable resource, equipping mentors with strategies to nurture students’ business acumen and entrepreneurial skills. The initiative saw enthusiastic participation from approximately 200 students, reflecting their keen interest and willingness to explore the world of innovation and entrepreneurship.

A significant number of students enthusiastically stepped forward to develop prototypes and innovative models, showcasing their creativity and problem-solving skills. These projects were the culmination of their dedication and collaborative efforts, guided by the invaluable support of their school teachers. The models were later showcased at a prestigious Hackathon Program held in Ghaziabad, providing the students with a unique platform to present their innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

The teachers played a pivotal role in this journey, acting as mentors and facilitators throughout the development process. Their guidance not only helped refine the students’ ideas but also ensured the technical and practical feasibility of the models. The Hackathon offered an opportunity for students to gain exposure, interact with peers and experts, and receive constructive feedback. This experience served as a powerful motivator for the students, fostering confidence and inspiring them to further explore the limitless possibilities of innovation and entrepreneurship.
